relational groups hosted in lismore
There is something that happens in a room full of people who have chosen to show up honestly.
I host small, intentional group spaces from my beautiful Lismore studio/office space, and I have been doing this long enough to know that something genuinely transformative happens when people come together with curiosity and care.
The groups I host weave together relationality, embodiment, heart, honesty, creativity, expression, and deep listening and deep learning. Being fully human is not just welcome here, it's the whole point. Every part of you, the tender parts, the complicated parts, the parts still finding their way, all belongs in the room.
I feel a real importance around group work.
It's not something I offer as an add-on. It's something I believe in, and know how much it has assisted me in my own human journey, and that love shows up, I believe, in how I hold these spaces. These aren't workshops. These are connective, human learning spaces, where we meet in genuine connection, and land, together.
I am currently running two groups:
'Relational Being' and 'UNIQUE - An Autism Social Group for Special Interests'.

Relational Being - A 6 Week Relational Therapy Group
We all have our ways. The patterns we learned, the shapes we love in, the moments we lose our thread and the moments we find it again. We over-give sometimes, go quiet when we mean to speak, reach when we mean to pause. These aren't failings, they are the very material of being alive and in relationship with others.
Relational Being is a space to get curious about all of it.
Relational Being is a small, intentional therapy group for people who want to understand themselves more deeply through the lens of how they relate.
Over six weeks we move through the terrain of human relating with curiosity, honesty, and real care. We touch into attachment and the ways it shaped us, the experience of losing ourselves in relationship and finding our way back, desire, embodiment, expression, conflict and repair, and the quiet but essential work of simply knowing who we are. The group breathes and evolves as we do, following what is alive in the room rather than a fixed agenda. Because that is where the real learning lives.
This is not a course. It is an experiential journey, held in genuine connection, where the work happens between us, in the moments that matter.
I bring my background in Gestalt, somatic awareness, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and parts work into every session. And I bring myself, because I believe the facilitator is certainly never separate from the work.

True belonging doesn't require us to change who we are. It requires us to be who we are.

UNIQUE - An Autism Social Group for Special Interests
As an NDIS support worker for the last four years, I have had the genuine privilege of working alongside young adults on the spectrum, and I can tell you, it has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life, genuinely.
With my background in Gestalt and group work, I want to create spaces that support and weave community into better social connection. Spaces that feel real, not rehearsed.
What I have come to deeply appreciate is the special interest realms of autistic folk, and how their special interest and hyper foces are a gateway to their world, a way of creating bonds and intimacy. That thing someone knows everything about, lights up talking about, could spend hours inside. I see these not as quirks to manage but as incredible gateways for connection. When someone shares what they truly love, something opens. In them, and in the room.
UNIQUE is built around exactly that.
Think show and tell for adults. A sharing space where your fascination is the whole point, where creativity, expression, and genuine curiosity are woven through every session. Alongside the sharing, I gently weave in relational and social skills, ways to listen, ways to express, ways to be with each other that feel natural rather than taught.
This is a space to be known, and to know others.
Who it's for: Young adults aged 18 to 30, all genders welcome, who identify as autistic or on the spectrum.
Requirements for this group:
-
A genuine interest in sharing their special interests and connecting with others
-
A non-aggressive nature and willingness to share space respectfully with others
-
Some experience in group settings and capacity to engage in a shared group space
Support workers are welcome to attend alongside participants.
