Service Description

A space to gently explore how you relate: to yourself, to others, and to love. Whether you’re in a monogamous relationship, exploring ethical non-monogamy, opening up for the first time, newly single, or coming out of a long-term relationship or marriage, these sessions offer space to slow down, get curious, and create the kind of connection that truly serves you and your life. I work through a somatic and relational lens, grounded in a counselling framework that centres your experience. My approach draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and Gestalt therapy, alongside many years of lived experience in both traditional and alternative ways of relating. I support individuals, couples, and polycules across all relationship styles. I see relationships as one of our greatest teachers, an opportunity to meet yourself more honestly through the lens of your relational world. Together, we build the foundations for thriving, intimate, and meaningful relationships. We lean into the places where the heart opens and closes, gently exploring the why, and using that wisdom to move toward relationships that feel real, spacious, and rooted in love. Relationship work isn’t always linear. It unfolds in layers - sometimes circling back, sometimes leaping forward. These sessions hold space for the messiness and the beauty, and everything in between. We might explore attachment patterns, communication struggles, boundary challenges, intimacy blocks, jealousy, creating clear agreements, navigating expectations, mismatched desires, or the fear of being truly seen. Whatever is present, we meet it with care and curiosity. These sessions also offer practical tools: building trust, learning co-regulation, creating structure, navigating conflict, and deepening both emotional and physical intimacy. This is heart-led, body-attuned work. A space to speak what’s true, repair what’s tender, and grow into the kind of connection you’re longing for. Available in-person and online. If you are experiencing financial strain, I do hold a small number of spaces with a sliding scale available. Please feel welcome to reach out and we can explore what might be possible.
