I feel deeply. I make genuine contact. When you are in the room with me, I am actually there with you. Not performing presence. Not waiting for my turn to speak. Truly, fully there.

I am deeply sensitive human.

I have had to learn how to live with that sensitivity, and now I thrive in it. It has most certainly been overwhelming at times. It has also been the greatest gift of my life.

It is why I can feel what is happening in a room before anything has been spoken. It is why I see you. And that, con be confronting at first, but also, deeply human and touching too.

I don't hide behind a lens. I am here, in it with you.

Raw, vulnerable, and willing to meet you in the beauty of real human connection. Because I believe that is where the real work lives. Not in the clinical distance. In the contact.

I believe that being genuinely seen and felt by another person is one of the most healing things that can happen to a human being. That is what I bring to every session.

Not just listening to your words. Listening to what lives underneath them. I see and feel the undercurrents. The thing beneath the thing. The feeling beneath it all. The hiding, the protected parts. The ones that have learned to stay quiet, stay small, stay safe. I see them.

And I welcome them.

All of them.

I am an intellect. I love theory, books, understanding why we are the way we are. I genuinely geek out on love, relationships, and the human experience. Attachment theory, neuroscience, depth psychology, somatic awareness, relational and kink dynamics. I have spent years studying the architecture of what makes us tick, what makes us love, what makes us shut down, and what makes us come alive.

I bring all of that in.

In session, for your integration, and in the work you take home with you.

You will leave our time together not just feeling something, but understanding something.

I am a polyamorous woman.

Fourteen years of open relating, across many forms and structures. This isn't just my work. It's my life. I have navigated jealousy and joy, rupture and repair, desire and grief, freedom and commitment, all at once, in real time, with real people I love. This is what makes me genuinely attuned to all styles of relating. I am forever questioning systems, assumptions, and social conditioning around love and partnership.

Whether you are monogamous, polyamorous, exploring, or in a kink or conscious sexuality dynamic, I will meet you there.

Without judgement, with clarity, honesty, and depth.

My work is relational.

We build something together. A secure bond, a reference point, a space that is genuinely ours. A place where all of your range gets to be felt and witnessed. The messy and the tender. The scared and the furious. The grief and the longing and the parts of you that don't yet have words. All of it is welcome here. You do not need to tidy yourself before you arrive.

All genders, all sexualities, all relationship structures. People in transition. People in grief. People who feel the pull toward something more, who are ready to change old patterns and deepen their relationship with themselves, with others, with life and love and intimacy itself. I love to work in nature, to be in the trees with my clients, feet on the ground, moving with the seasons. There is something that opens in a body when it is held by the earth that a room simply cannot replicate. Ritual, embodiment, movement.
